There are even mountains under the worlds oceans that are higher than Everest.....

Under The Pacific Ocean
The tallest mountain on the planet is not Mt. Everest, which is only 29 028 ft/8848 m high! The tallest mountain in the world is actually Mauna Kea, in Hawaii, which is closer to 31 000 ft/
9449 m high.

You just can't see the two-thirds of the mountain that is under water.

Jeez. What is a mountain?

For instance the block that contains Everest has about another few peaks on it. Very few mountains are "stand alone". Most are peaks that arise out of a block or range of mountains.

If you mean "how many peaks", I would think that nobody has counted them.
