It is reasonable to assume that you owe rent for the time you use the facility, however under these circumstances I would wait until the landlord came to you for the rent. He may feel a little guilty for the short notice issue and might even waive the amount owed. On the other hand, he might take the position that you owe him for the time you intend on staying.

It seems that every one is taking care of #1, therefore you should too. Pay it, if he pressures you, but use your security deposit as your final months rent. This guy isn't dealing from a power position, he doesn't want anything to happen that might ruin the sale, so you do have a little bit of a bargaining chip, on that basis.

i'd say that you would possibly want to have the ability to sue her for the fee of repairing the unit, yet i'm no longer positive about some thing of the employ funds. and in no thanks to sound impolite, yet when she did not pay you employ what makes you imagine she's gonna pay for the fee of restoration or maybe for the last months employ? i'd say call a criminal professional and get their opinion in this. Do you quite opt for to waste extra time and money attempting to get money she will likely in no way pay? i'd weigh all my concepts previously doing some thing, if I were you. My husband and that i used to attend to the apartments my mom and father owned and after we evicted human beings we were generally only stuck with none charge of employ or inspite of. We even had tenants who destroyed our instruments and it became terrible. Thank goodness we've a house and acquired all of our apartment homes and do not ought to regulate that hardship anymore. sturdy success!!!

Tenants can only be made to pay up to the date of their eviction and not pay for any after the eviction.

If he's just selling it I don't think you have to move, you just have to be there for showings...Check into it..Take care
