I noticed My Book Premium has firewire.
Actually what is Firewire on this hard drive? Does it make it faster?

It means you can connect it to your computer via firewire, if you have firewire on your computer. Firewire is not that much faster than USB 2.0 though. The Premium is also supposed to be a little easier to use, you don't have to install any software, its already on the drive.
