bachata- kind of slow and controlled beat
merengue-one of the best, you move and do a lot of spins
reggaeton- its more of a wanna be freak dancing
salsa- another best, kinda like merengue but a little more slow
techno-wouldnt now
flamenco-neither
tango-wow! now thats what im talkin bout, theres different kind, there's a more sensual kind, very romantic

wow that's hard... some of them are easy cuz they are basically "american" genres translated into spanish... like "el techno"... reggaeton is like reggae mixed with spanish rap... salsa, flamenco, merengue, and tango are different styles of dance music... they are more traditional... and i can't help you with the other two... nor can i help you with the artists since i know none of them... sorry, good luck with that!

i know for sure that bachata goes with aventura and reggaeton goes with grupo mana couldnt tell you the rest!
