Unfortunatly a lot of times the stars do not play in the Matinees, especially on Wed. You have a better chance if it's a Sat. Matinee. Perhaps you can check with the theater. There is a little known fact in broadway plays, if you buy a ticket and the star has his/her name above the title and they are not in the show you can get your money back. This doesn't help is you are coming in from out of town.

benefit some journey in theater, not often does everyone only start up appearing and quite get a section in a movie or some thing, you gotta start up small. some movie studios gained't, or won't be able to, employ actors who're no longer portion of the reveal screen Actors Guild (a union for actors). To get into SAG you're required to have a lot time appearing as an better, or in a commercial, etc. and also you should pay the $2,277.00 fee. Their are exceptions to this, for the reason that each once and awhile a clean, unknown actor receives a serious section. yet its demanding, because anybody should be an actor. there is a few success in touch with growing any type of a properly paid actor. You gotta have that spoil by position, that you slot, and after that anybody is responsive to you. Its only getting employed for a position it truly is large adequate, a puzzling portion of do.

If it is just a play, no singing, than usually the smae actor will preform in both shoes, unless there is a special famous actor featured in the show, then they will only do the evening shows. If it is a musical, it all depends on the content of the show. If it is a vocally demanding show, they will have two actors for the leads, and have the chorus remain the same. If it is an Opera, they always have an A cast and a B cast, but the chorus remains the same

I would add that it would also depend on the content of the show. Phantom in Vegas has two Phantom's and two Christine's due to the way they run the performances and the demands of the roles.

Sometimes. Check with the theatre for that day's cast list.

Most of the time they do, but it depends on their contracts. They generally occasionally take a show or two off, depending on the length of the run.
