Wow brings back memories. My freshman yr. of highschool some girl did the same thing. She was known around school as a who** though so no one really even liked her except her posse. She told me on AIM that she was totally gonna kick my butt (other word...but ok) the next time she saw me. Needless to say the next day @ school I walked into the bathroom and she was putting on makeup...looked at me...and walked away.
What i'm trying to say is that this girl is probably just talking the talk...but she won't walk the walk. Just ignore her and don't talk to her and don't have your friends talk to her. If she does try to do something though then either tell someone or if she starts beating you up...you can fight back...if your school has the whole "self defense rule" where as long as you don't throw the first punch...you'll be pretty ok w/ punishment.

You need proof. Otherwise people may not believe you. If you have caller ID make sure it is coming from her number. Keep a copy of her threat in your home voice mail. You might use a microphone and copy it to a tape recorder. Tell your parents .. they have probably experienced the same thing in their lives.
The school is there to teach .. not resolve personal issues. If your parents can't or will not help .. talk to an adult you know who cares about you. Good luck.

I hope she is rich and ready for a criminal record.
1. If she throws the first punch, you can press charges for battery and sue for damages.
2. You can also sue her for libel or slander if what she believed about you was a lie and she spread it around.
3. If you really feel threatened, in the US you can file a restraining order against her. If she comes within certain feet of you, she will be arrested. Make sure you save that threateneing phone message.

I would recommend to just ignore her. She is most likely trying to get some sort of reaction out of you. If she sees that you are worried or concerned then she is getting what she wants out of this entire situation. Threats are just some people's way of feeling better most often because they have low self-esteem themselves. If she does end up starting a fight with you then report it to either your school principal or the police. Physical violence when not provoked is not acceptable. Best of luck!

Try to talk to her and make her understand you didn't talk about her. If she doesn't believe you, talk with her friends to see if they can help you out and talk her out of hurting you if she's thinking on doing so.
