I also have a Regionals in Feb. in Seattle.
Please tell me which deck works the best and if I should run One deck for both.
The most important tourny for me right now is the Regionals.

I'm torn. Deck #1 is one with solid wins behind it and has been proven many times over. But Deck #2 is a Gadget's worst nightmare. I advise you to study the metagame closely. If you think alot of people will play Gadgets go with Deck #2. Otherwise Deck #1 is fine and should have excellent results. Go to http://www.metagame.com and look for results of a post-Gadgets SJC or Regional. They're legal on January 17.

If you are going to the Shonen Jump in Orlando, then use deck #1 because the way you built it is for mass destruction plus with Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys in it, it is something your opponent will not expect but be careful with ether Macro Cosmos and / or Dimensional Fissure being on the field then Phoenix will not come back.....but otherwise it is a great build and it is something that I would use in a major tournament.
