try creating your on stlye, sometihing that you brought from an store that you changed and no one has. like i once brought a pink shirt and cut it in all these places and whore it and it was only a 3.99 shirt from walmart but everyone loved it because i changed it, and only i had that cut up shirt!

go to ross, marshall, or tj maxx i shop there. They have cute clothes. Plus clothes from those stores like forever 21 or american eagle give their clothes to those stores. Except its a cheaper price! Its not like goodwill if you haven't been there (I used to think that). Well hoped I helped. Oh and with a small budget you could get jewelry from forever 21 and sometimes the clothes are cheap too.

u just gotta know where to shop. Stores such as Strawberry, Wet Seal, Forever21 has great fashion even for a low price!
