Does it need an adjustment? Is it rewarding? What does it mean and how does it feel to earn a salary for the first time? I still have not ever earned a salary. Am I missing something?

When I got my first job, and recieved my first paycheck, it was very rewarding, not being dependent on my mom for money or expenses. If you are in a situation where you are well off, I guess it may be different then what you are expecting, but for the rest of us, its nice to be self-relant.

I had my first job this past summer building houses. It was very rewarding to be able to look at what I had accomplished over the past eight hours before heading home. It was also rewarding to be able to purchase items with money I had earned.

Are you a stay at home Mom? Or are you a Teenager? Well it is nice to feel needed outside of you family and it is nice to have a paycheck coming in and saying hey I helped buy that .It makes you feel independent.
