i assume that you are talking about a dog or something. if there is one stuck and it has been 11 hours, you need to call a vet right now. your animal could die.

As in a fish, correct? It's a fish, and a fairly cheap one at that. Let it be and it will handle it on it's own. There is nothing you can do for it.
