Bill S1467 passed the NJ assemblly and senate and presumably went on to the Governors desk for signature. IIUC it should become law within 45 days unless he vetoes it. But, I want to know how to find out whether or not it has been signed into law, and how to find out when it becomes a law. Where can I go on the net to see that it is now a law, or has been vetoed or whatever?

I already know about the NJ Legislature websites, I am looking for additional information that takes place after it heads to the Governors desk.

12/11/2006 Passed Assembly (Passed Both Houses) (61-15-4)

Generally, there is a press release whenever a Governor signs a bill into law. In New Jersey, the press releases appear to be posted on the governor's website at this link:

I checked the list of releases since Dec. 4th, which appears to be when the Senate passed the bill you're concerned about, but there is nothing in the recent releases about Gov. Corzine signing this bill, so presumably he has not done it yet. You can keep checking this site until 45 days are up, however.
