What do you say when you are calling a bussiness and you would like to know what ages the bussines take?

If you mean by "take" "hire" then the business would not answer you as it's against the law to discriminate against age - unless you are a minor.

First off, if they answer that, they put themselves in a legal bind if they answer anything but the legal minimum age you must be to take a job. Anything after that smacks of potential age discrimination. Best to ask a generic question like "Tell me what your ideal employee would be like...after jotting down the answers, go by the business and see if it matches the answer you received.

They are not supposed to discriminate against people on age and many other things. So, just ask them what are the physical demands of the job. Some have lifting requirements-- walking, standing-
