No one is better than anyone else! Every male is equal to every other male and the same goes fro females!
What you seem to be overlooking is that nature made humans just as she did leaves on trees, every leave is shaped differently with a slightly different hue of green. Too, no one leaf is more important than the next!
Your issues is that you do not bother to look at the individual. You get upset when someone uses the all inclusive, still you chose to do that in your question.
How do you feel when you read, Americans are SEX Criminals, they RAPE their women, kidnap and RAPE both women and children. They have
sex slave markets where both males and females of all ages are held against their will and used by the American male or who ever pays the price, so,
do not let any white American male near your daughters?
While the subject of the above is true, not EVERY, or even the majority of the American males are guilty of those atrocities. Yet, the statements imply ALL! And that is what happens when All inclusive labels are used!
The negative issues that came out about the Republicans did not reflect the individual integrity of each member of that party, and the same is true about the other party!
Spend more time learning about the merits of the individuals, their records, before passing judgment.

Okay so I am a Democrat but I don't think that we are better than Republicans, infact, my two best friends are Republican. The two parties just have different opinions but that dosn't make people good or bad. I don't agree with Bushes politics but I don't really think that Clinton was the best of men, It just depends on the person. I think I'm a good person but so are my friends.

Oh, this is priceless!! Thanks for the HUGE laugh - I'm really glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read this.
Let's see - more Republicans enlist in the armed services. More Republicans donate to charity. Um.....I going to go with NO. No, Democrats are not better people than Republicans. Of course, Libertarians are better than both....
I just love to see the left in action - such an undeserved sense of superiority.
Have a nice night!

You can't stereotype an individual by the political party he or she belongs to. There are good republican people, and there are good democratic people. Of course, there is bad in both parties as we well know.

I think that Jim Kolbe (recently retired, R - AZ) is a better person than Barney Frank.
I think that Orrin Hatch is a better person that Ted Kennedy.
I think that John Shimkus (R - IL) is a better person than William Jefferson (D - LA).
But I think that Justice Hugo L. Black, a lifelong Democrat appointed to the Supreme Court by President F.D. Roosevelt in 1937, has been the best Supreme Court Justice of the last 70 years.

There are good Democrats, there are good Republicans. And there are jerks on both sides. Political affiliation has little to do with the quality of the character of the person.

I think politicians, regardless of which side they are on, are all crooks.
Someone not being impeached (Bush Sr and Jr) doesn't mean they are not crooks. Just means they didn't get caught or didn't have enough evidence to finish them off.
And the fact that many of the men in our armed services are republican doesn't mean anything about republican politicians. And that is how i read the question.

This is a good question, but difficult to answer. I don't think that any people are better than any other people, but I think certain values are superior to certain other values. I don't think party affiliation has that much to do with values. And, I definitely believe that most liberal values are far more spiritual than most conservative values, and from what I have seen, much less hypocritical, too!!!! I saw a statement someone made, not too long ago, that Jesus would have been considered a liberal. I think that if people were to take away all the religious dogma, and really take a deep, in depth look at what Jesus was actually trying to teach us, most honest people would find that statement to be true!!!!!
