of people who use Yahoo Answers. Do you think younger less educated people ask more questions and older people with more education answer more? Does Yahoo have any stats on this?

do you see that all the kids in school did not take the time to READ your question.... they are giving the age and grade.... I think that younger ask more... how are you suposed to learn anything if you dont ask.
But most questions with the younger ones are all the same " Can you tell me what it means when he does this to me.... does it mean he likes me?"..... and i think i am in love, like kids should even be thinking about love!

I am 62 and have a nursing degree and 3/4 of a bachelor of science in elementary education. I think the more educated concentrate more on quality than quantity.

I'm 17 in the 12th grade. I don't ask questions a lot, mostly answer them. Everyone has an opinion and it's interesting to hear from a wide range of people.

i did extensive studies in the developmental phase of this site, when we first got it up and going. you may have gotten an e-mail from us re: that. perhaps you overlooked it.
the latest update is that the average age in P&S is 26.3 years, and the average education level is 10.2 years (roughly a high school junior in the US). we find it most interesting that 29% of users of P&S are 33 years+ and are currently in the 7th grade.

it really varies a lot, I would say in the polls and surveys their is generally more younger people, since the questions are not very complicated. I'm in my junior year of college.

I think the older ppl like myself is on during the day being that the children are in school,but after..........you know what happens
