Anyone know if the chorus on Jay Z's single "Lost One" is a sample?

I'm pretty sure it's not. It's sung by the r&b artist Chrisette Michele. While she does have a very old-school sound, she is a new artist and, that I can find, sang specifically for "Lost One".

I think that it is based on a 80's dancehall song but the recorded vocals are new...you hear Jay-Z's nephew's name incorporated into the end.
