Hey what a nice friend... You can never be too sure that she stole your cellphone because you don't have proof. If the police is willing to confront her, feel free to. You can't lie to the cops...

Hello Dear

If this is the case one way is if you purchased with the bill there is a chance of having IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. This can be viewed through by pressing the *#06# in your phone.

There is a tracking system available on the web i.e

www.microlmts.net

here you have to register for about 400 Rupees per year and download the small sis file and install in your cell phone.

when someone changes your sim or for tracking this will intimate you with the location and the new sim details of whose that and etc., this way you can find the thief.

in the beginning, you in all probability won't get it lower back so which you will desire to tell your mom what befell so she would be in a position to close off service to it because of the fact whoever took that's in all probability making a variety of of telephone calls and working up the invoice. If and once you get a sparkling telephone you may desire to shop it on you in any respect situations (which skill on your pocket) or have your mom communicate to your instructor or the first approximately holding it locked up someplace for the duration of the day once you may desire to not be on it.

If you don't have any solid proof that she took it there's really nothing you can do. Try to just let it go. Material things can always be replaced.
