He is a brown dog and he hugs himself saying "mmmm" and floats up in the air after he eats anything.
It was pretty damn funny.

Actually, it wasn't a Warner brother's dog, it was a Hanna-Barbara dog. His name was 'Snuffles' or something like it. If you gave him a biscut, he would go "mmmmm" in an increasing volume and in the throws of ectasy eventually fly up in the air. He was mostly a secondary character in the Quick-Draw McGraw show.

The dog's name was Precious Pup, and it was a Hannah-Barbera cartoon.
