Ok this girl keeps calling me and I ignore her calls cause I don't want to be her friend. I don't want to be mean to her but it's getting on my nerves cause she keeps calling me so what should I do??

I always like the direct approach best. Most people will respect you more if you are honest with them. That doesn't mean you have to be cruel, but be upfront. Maybe you don't share the same interests. Or maybe if she knew what it is you don't like about her, she might make a change because she is not aware of her fault. Sometimes the least likely can end up the best friends. And maybe once she knows why you don't want to hang out, she will look elsewhere for friends.

Why don't you want to be her friend? She seems like she cares if she keeps calling.
Well, just keep ignoring the calls and she'll eventually get the hint.

It sounds like she's needy and is trying to be a leach,
I know it's hard to be mean or ignore people (if you're a nice person), but you do have to get it across to her somehow.
I would try to ignore her, or better yet, tell her you have plans, are busy, whatever.
It sounds like she has a serious self-esteem problem. Don't let her ruin your social life.

You don't say why you don't want to be friends with her. It's hard to answer without more details. But I would try being very kind to her and explain you are very busy. Maybe she needs a friend. Would it be so hard to talk with her on the phone for a few minutes?

I know this will be hard to do, but tell her your not interested in being her friend, that you have nothing in common. Just be honest..
