I would like to know how much to charge to clean homes that are about 2,000 sq.ft with average cleaning.?

I have a 2000 sq ft. house with 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms. My cleaning lady charged me $55.00, but that was 6 years ago. I would say $60.00 and up would be reasonable depending on how many floors you have to scrub.

For basic cleaning,( no refrigerator, no oven, no windows, not having to pick up and put away items, not doing dishes or making beds or doing laundry, these items you would charge more) and not knowing the area you are in, plan on charging between $55 and $75 each time. Charge the higher end if they have more knick knacks to clean and to move to dust.
