I have recently had some injuries as a result of weight training, and more recently a nasty sciatic problem. Somebody recommended this doctor and he was in my plan and I went to him. He is a Chiropractor, but uses what the call Active Release Technique. It focuses on soft tissue, tendons and joints. There is no cracking. It is a bit painful initially, but it works. I've only had 2 treatments on my back, and while it shill hurts, it's far better. No drugs or x-rays. If you do a search on the internet, you should be able to find someone in your area.

Give it time. RICE is the usual way to go - Rest, Ice, Compression (applied pressure), and Elevation. Try as many of those as possible.

If, after a week, the pains do not go away - see a doctor.

I went ice skating summer 2005 and I fell 12 times. My boyfriend took care of me - but after a week, my left wrist was still very painful. He took me to a doctor - and it turns out I sprained it.

I am not great at ice-skating - I would go again. Even the best of us, though, have an injury where we just need to go and see a doctor.

the endorphins relased by and the contractions of an orgasm will help, but you don't want to do too much physical exertion... so use a good vibrator or find a local guy with a good tounge
