Question

I want to know what people think of women getting tattoos or tattoos in general. and why you like or dislike them.

just so people know, I have 4 tattoos and plan on more. You are not going to change my view on them. I have always been infatuated with them. I just love to hear different peoples view and opinion on the topic.

I think it's ok for women to have tattoos that are feminine. However some of the stuff out there is just off the wall. There is a point where the tattoos become a cry for attention.

Like everything else, I think it depends on how it's done. I have one tattoo (having been considering more) and it's on my ankle and quite small. I would only consider getting a tattoo where it can be easily concealed when necessary. I also don't understand why women get one tattoo on their lower back where everyone can view it but themselves.

Well, it's not that they have a tattoo, it's where it is, and what it is, that matters, it can either be a noticeable flaw on an otherwise beautiful person or eye candy! I do always seem to acknowledge a tattoo on a woman shows they had a wild side.

I don't have a problem with tattoos. I am a woman, and I don't personally have any tattoos but wouldn't mind getting one. I think as long as the tat has a meaning to you or some sort of significance it's cool.

I think some are really beautiful and majestic... but when I see a vulgar tattoo I wish people would at least try to cover it up when their out in public... I mean try to respect parents' wishes to keep their children innocent while they're still children... otherwise tattoos can be used for decoration and express personality

In all honesty.. I dont think women should have them at all..... And men should only have them under the short-sleeved shirt, for work purposes, or for meeting a new girlfriend's family.. so, that their hidden, when the times are appropriate for them not to be showing...... Or, when they want to show them, at those appropriate times their tasteful looking on the upper forearm's or the chest area's...... I dont like them on the back, at all, on anyone!! A slight trail of some sort is sexy leading down their hairline to their belly's..... I think their attractive on men, so long as their put on professionally and tastefully in all the right places..... Smile!!!

I think women getting a tattoo on their lower back is a tramp stamp and they have no individuality. But I think if they get it another place then I wouldn't have a problem with it. I just hate seeing so many women copy each other and think it makes them sexy.

very sexy when on the ankle, navel back of the neck or base of the spine. Places like the arm not so much, having them somewhere a man wouldn't makes it more sensual and mysterious, though they seem normal for women, that doesn't make it any less attractive.

I think tattoos should not be worn on anybody, men or women. tattoos destory your skin and it costs a fortune to take them out. tattoos make people look ugly and they display a sense of character to people that prevent them from talking to you.

At the moment, I'm not interested. My sister has 13 of them. They looked nice when they were first done, but now they just look tired. I doubt I'd ever get one, and if I do decide to it'll be hidden. I wouldn't like to see myself with any when I'm old and shriveled.
