politicians will be politicians. accept it. you have to draw a line between the bad and the reeaaally bad. Pelosi is bad, but the 109th congress w/ bush was absolutley demonic. scandal upon scandal, sky rocketing debts, thousands of dead soldiers, hundreds of thusands of dead civilians, an obvious favor for the rich and practiaclly ignoring the environment.... + tons more... This congress will be better, trust me.

+also, have you ever considered the economic situation of the AMerican Samoa? such a wage increase could bring the economy down in a crash.

She has been taking section in partisan political politics continuously, so as it really is not something new. Her purely excuse for any and each and everything is blaming Bush or his administration. maximum human beings of Congress probable three hundred of the 445 contributors might want to vote for drilling and a lot of them are Democrats so she is a roadblock contained in the way of progression for the american human beings. i'd not call her a good for not something heffer yet a do not something heffer somewhat.

Speaker Pelosi personally exempted American Samoa from the minimum wage increase, or was it something that could have been added by a multitude of other representatives?

It's OKAY.
Democrats are ABOVE THE LAW.
Always have been. Always will be.
(The News Media & the Democrats are trying to cover this up.)

I love this: one answer is blaming Bush for the crooked dealings of Pelosi, because he didn't veto the bill.
That's sooooo funny.
Pelosi is the victim now. Just like the Democrats describe child molesters as victims, too.

Wow.

Samoa-gate.

Ooooh... what a HUGE controversy. I can't beleive how CORRUPT those Democrats are!

Yep. That really ranks right up there with Iran-Contra and lying about WMD to start the Islamic Jihad WW3 in Iraq.

You're really grasping at straws here. It's pretty pathetic.

First off, the exemption was created by those two Republican felons JacK Abramoff and Tom DeLay.

Second, The Pelosi's have no interest in Star Kist foods. They own vineyards.

If there is anything to investigate, the republicans will not pass up the chance to do so. They need all the diversions they can muster.

No... the Democrats are the party that will clean up government corruption. They aren't corrupt.. just ask them. It was all just a "misunderstanding"
