Every word of that question sounds like a lie. Syphillus is cured in like a week. By the time you found out about it, she would have been through her antibiotics. And it's incredibly rare for kids that age to do a threesome. And the thing about her mom just makes it sound even weirder and more made-up. I mean if you don't live with your boyfriend how did you walk in on him anyway? None of it makes sense?

syphilis is curable, why is she walking around with it. help her? no way! get rid of your friend and the boyfriend.
