I wouldn't say ALL TIME, but as of this year, yes.

Of the season but not of all time. He certainly is a much better QB then me, and the Eagles should have beaten us. But the NFL rigged that game for us, because our team has the feel good story of the year. We went from zeros last year to heros this year. But I have to admit, the Eagles are the far superior team, and the Bears are much better then us, but the officials will do for us in Chicago what they did for us against Philadelphia. The real question is, how do I, Drew Brees deal with the fact of being in a homosexual relationship with RB Reggie Bush?

No but Bret Favre will be the most OVERRATED QB in history!

I'm no Green Bay fan and I hope he stays...They won't win again while he is there...They could be grooming the sucessor but Bret only thinks of himself and not the team!

When he was hurt, he insisted on playing to keep his streak going at the team's expense.

The Pack will have to break in a new QB someday and as long as Bret stays, they can't start...It delays what surely must happen

Maybe the most underrated QB this season.... Definitely not all time. He was one of the top QB's of the '90's, so definitely not all-time.

I don't know about all time, but he sure doesn't get the respect he deserves. Everyone was gloom and doom when McNabb got hurt and I figured the Eagles were done. Then I heard who the backup was. God, 1/2 the teams in the league would love to have this guy as their starter. And the loss on the weekend was not his fault.

Not at all. He has had several chances to prove himself and hasn't. BUT, this year he has taken control and has done a good job. The big question remains: Is this a fluke or is it the real Garcia??

Chow!!

nope david carr is. just because he has had a bad coach for the last five years he is thought of to be bad. not for long. with a new coach i think he is gonna shine. ok with texans making a bad move on drafting mario williams but carr i think is gonna do better this year. if he wasn't good then how is he drafted out of fresno state and into the NFL?

No. He may be one of the most average QB's of all time though.

Probably this season but you're probably forgetting how much worse he was when he played for Detroit and Cleveland.
