You have to be nice to him even if he is driving you up the wall believe me this works i have a little brother who drives me crasy somtimes but i find if i just ignore his annoying comments and things and just try to be nice he is either nice back or wil ljust leave you alone because he knows he is not annoying you anymore

Isn't that just a little bit harsh?
But if you really want to get rid of him (I hope not literally) maybe hang out at your friends where he can't follow you.
Or lock yourself in your room for a few hours (with plenty of entertainment of course). And if everything else fails, plea to your parents.

He can't be that bad. You should try ignoring him when he's being mean. Sometimes they are only looking for attention.
