locked yourself out of something... like your house... or your car. howd you get back in. i had to crawl through a VERY tight window that was jammed. any similiar experiences?

I locked myself out of my car once. I had to call home to have someone bring me my spare set of keys.

Locked myself out of the house once. Lucky it was summer and I had the windows open so that I could get back in.

Locked myself out of my house about 10 times (had to wait until the parents got home from work), and locked myself out of my car three times (had to wait for the parents to rescue me again).

Ofcourse, when I was a young girl we locked ourselves out of our upstairs apartment and since I was ten and very agile they made me climb up on these pipes, break the bedroom window and let everyone in. It was fun!

Ihad to go in a back bedroom window and the neighbour behind my house called the cops, they got there in time for me to answer the door.

I haven't done this but my husband has done it many many times and all but on time I was called to help him....the only other time that it happened and I wasn't called, I didn't have the key to the door of his car. We had to call a locksmith.
