I'm a student, almost done school (graduation in another year) with a interest in one of my teachers. Any ways to tell if he is flirting with me, interested in me, loves me, etc?

Don't start something with him-whether he's a current or former teacher. People will always think that you two got together before you graduated.
Also, the age difference is a bit big--you didn't say how old he is, but even if he's right out of college he's got 4-6 years on you. I know you don't believe me, so talk to him about pop culture subjects (movies, music) or political subjects (where were you when blah blah blah happened?) and see if he mentions things you aren't familiar with. If he's telling you that he was in college (or older) when 9/11 happened and you were in middle school/junior high then there is too large of an age difference.
Right now the attraction is that you can't have him/he can't have you...but he's at a point where he should be thinking about settling down, having a family, whereas you should be going to college and partying!

I answered your other question, and I still think that you should keep it at flirting and don't take it any further than this. If he is interested in you, and both he and you take it further, even if it is not intentional and you enjoy it, he could get in trouble. And just another question, is your school enitials PSHS? I would like to know. Answer one of my questions and tell me in it.
