I believe in the potential but not necessarily in cloning a human, I have gathered by some of your other questions that you have a religious slant. I'll let you know that I do also and I believe that God has instilled in us all the knowledge that we have and are able to discover so even if we develop the ability to create a human being it is God who gives it life and a soul. I also believe that if we can that we should try to advance our knowledge of cloning, not to try to create a human but I think that cloning organs and tissue would be a wonderful advance in medical science.

Cloning it's one of those progress things that looks (and maybe is) bad but it's too strong to be stopped. History show this quite clear, remember "e pur si muove", freedom, women rights, atomic bomb, rock&roll, canabis, etc.
Cloning brings lots of advantajes but also a high cost. It could be used for bad as much as for good.
It could provide organes, but aslo slaves.
It could offer scientiests new data for human biology understanding (like DNA), but also new means of manipulation (e.g. replacing a president with a controled clone).
Will this mean we will create life without being gods?
In a system that bearly works adding cloning could be very bad. We are far from ready for this. But no one is stopping, just trying to stop the others.

No.
I can think of no valid or necessary reason to ever clone a human - or an animal, for that matter. Nature has provided well enough for the survival and reproduction of life.
It simply makes no scientific or moral sense to me.

Don't see anything wrong with it, is another that needs more research done. The idea that it could one day be a cure for cancer or other diseases is a pretty reasonable support
