Check with your local library. Often they have classes for all comers. If you are a senior, or know of a senior who would like to learn computers, check with the local senior center. They also usually have local sources that do computer classes for free. In my area they run the times they are offered in the newspaper, but I'm in Oregon.

Your local Library or a non-for profit agency that assists in training those who can't afford schoola who need to work or need better employment. Try your local Govt office that assist low income families. They have a lot of good resources for free training.
