when you've missed a period and you've taken a test!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think a blood test can tell as soon as 1 week later. The home pregnancy tests say they can predict up to 5 days before your missed period, but if you read the fine print, they have actual percentages that say what the odds of detecting an early pregnancy are (I think it is only about 60% at day 5). The best way is to just wait for your period, and even then, it can take up to 10 days after you were suppossed to get it for a home pregnancy test to be positive.

You would usually wait till after the due date of your next period. If you do not start you period you are late and it is probably wise to take a pregnancy test or visit your doctor as this will be the time to find out.

Err im so sick of seeing people give out false info.
You dont become pregnant until 10-14 days after sex. You should be able to take a prenancy test then. If its neg and you still dont get your period take another one.

The earliest you can find out is the time around your next period is due. Obviously the first sign is a late period. If you are pregnant it shoudl show up on a pregnancy test around the time when you period is due, thereofre around 14days after conception.

when it get within a few days of when you should have your next period you can take an ept. Then there are the pregnancy symptoms, sore breasts, tiredness, morning sickness (not always in the am) etc which can appear when you're three or so weeks pregnant.

hay sweete if u think your pregnant do a test after 2week you had sex and dat should tell u if u r or not if not wait till your pirod n if it doesnt come take it agen

I knew the next day - but I believe I'm quite unusual in that - just felt a change in my body and thought that's it I'm pregnant and it turned out to be true!

i would say if you missed a period and if you not sure then take a home pregnancy test or either go to the doctor
