As a long suffering Lions fan, I can attest to the fact that the Bears fans are true to their team every year!
So many times when the Bears play the Lions, the game is a sell out because of how well Chicago and their fans travel.
Some years that would be one of only about 3 homes games you'd get on tv...(Green Bay, Minnesota or the Thanksgiving game were likely candidates to be the other two)
The Bears fans are loyal...I hope the Saints win but I have to give the Bears fans credit...They are loyal to their team

I personally have been a Bears fan since 1985, which ironically was the year I was born. I was one of those few that supported them all through the season. Even when Bad Rex showed his ugly head I believed. I wouldn't doubt that a good number are bandwagon fans but personally if I were to bandwagon I'd cheer the Saints. Also I'm a little superstitious so I don't want to say anything that may jinx them. As far as loudmouth...have you seen the SNL skit Super Fans. nuff said. Long story short Go Bears.

We have always here. Cynical because of all of the teasing that they've done in the last 5 years with all the 1 and done playoff runs.
No disrespact, but New York and Chicago are BY FAR the hardest markets to play in because of the passion of the fans that want to see a winner and the media. Watch what happens to Soriano now that he isn't in the shadows Jeter or in DC.
Travel well? I went to see them play the Rams and it was at least half orange and blue in the EJ Dome.
People are hard on Rexy because we want to win. (I'm a proud Rexy supporter from draft day) Crazy inconsistent BUT crazy good when he's hot.
BEARS! 81- saints 0!
if Ditka dosn't play then BEARS! 17 - saints 14

True "Bear fans"are pretty much like all other team fans....they stay faithful and consistent to the end...no matter what the end might be!! Now that the "monkey" is lifted off our backs as a city we as fans are so excited and enthusiastic for our Bears!!! We have always been here......loud and proud....Monsters of the Midway ever since 'Papa' George Hallas started this franchise .....We are very much proud of Da Bears.......just as much if not more as other fans from other cities....infact with the long tradition of rough & tough football players and teams makes us "The Perfect Fan"....We love Them and they love US!!!!
Go Bears.......WIN!!!!!!

I've been here all season, hopeful that the Bears can go all the way while tempering it with the disappointments that have come with being a Bears fan for over 20 years....

Most Bears fans didnt think the Bears would make it this far... Most are also ignorant and think the Saints will be a pushover due to the Saints history. So, now they think its safe to start all thier talk. Itll stop after this coming weekend when the Saints come marching in.

Bear land...A magical place by the water where the bears freely frolic!
Hope they continue to frolic, smelling the winter flowers, while the Saints are in town.
