The rich can kill the poor more efficiently. Its a good program, world population will be halved, and lotsa waterfront property for free!
If in the proper hands of the Public Domain, it could do some good.

Potential for human good is there, but based on the flawed mind of mankind, the more likely will be that it will be for genocide or some other justification for mass murder.
