I'm a very selfish person and I wouldn't do anything for anyone unless I was going to benefit in some way...then I had kids, and all of a sudden I find myself feeling a love I never have before and I KNOW I would die for them without a second thought. I find it amazing how you can change a life time of being yourself the second a baby is born!

Yes. Not just family though. I nearly got myself run over by a lorry a few weeks back for running into the road to save a stray dog. There is no way I could have just stood back and watch the poor thing get run over. I wouldn't have been able to live with myself. I'm prepared to stand up for any creature that cannot or does not have the capacity to stand up for itself.

I would give my life up no questions asked for my husband, any of my family, friends, 360 friends or anyone I held dear and close to my heart. I would lay down my life in a heartbeat. That's how much I love them.

For someone there would be no question about it I would give my life for that person as for a material thing i think it would be very hard to decide because material things cannot be taken with you when you die so what would be the point of giving up your life and for a cause i would give up my life if i knew i would not die in vain

If you need to think about it, well that would give you the answer as to whether you could or not. Chances are that most people in that situation would do it as a reflex for those they care and love, without thinking, just act. People forget the fight or flee reflex though, it's inbuilt into us, and takes strong feelings to stop and do the right thing.
Me personally, my wife, and three kids, without a doubt, anyone else I don't think I could leave my family without me...

Something I'm not so sure about, it's not as priceless as someones life.
I'd be prepared to give my life for someone else, who ever they may be. It would be a honourable death.

Yes for someone,
without a doubt, for my mother, brother, grandmother and child.
Never for a thing, as with my loved ones I really have all i need...things are just material possesions.
