I know what happened. When my friend finally got Xbox Live the same thing happened because instead of using his profile with all the achievement points he created a new gamer profile. The only way to get back the achievement points is to rebeat the game. The only other way is to go start Xbox Live with the account you mistakenly didn't put on Xbox Live, but I recommend to just start from the acount with none because making the other profile a Xbox Live Gold member would be a waste of money. If you are into making achievement points rent King Kong, its a quick 1000 achievemement points if you just put in the cheats.

That's strange. I've never heard of this problem before. Try disconnecting and then reattaching the hard drive and all cables. Then try sign out of XBOX Live and the back in again. I can't think of much else. Your best bet is to go to www.xbox.com, click on the support tab, and select contact support. You can e-mail for support, but you're better of calling the support number.

Good luck.

Dude that's messed up. Are you sure you're not using the wrong gamer profile? I'd check that first. If that doesn't work call the support line for M$.
