I find I get a base tan in 3 sessions at the salon, then I start to get darker more and more quickly after I get to the color I like I go 3-4-5 times a week because I'm addicted, lol. Good Luck. Oh yes, start out with sessions of 10 min if you are fair skinned! Burns hurt and itch a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
