Culture doesn't make the lover, it's on an individual level. Regardless of culture, creed or race.

Americans, hum, Will have to think about that one.
Italians... well, certainly may have the reputation, but could only be stallions if they had hooves and walked on four legs.
Now, the French, that is really a dodgy one. I have never been able to understand how they could get past the flowery language and get round to mating.
Spaniards-- ah, now there are lovers apparently, rather stiff all over.
And some say Canadians are really big icks.
Whom have I not insulted...
Doesn't matter the best lovers...
now that is a Scotsman whoes first grandfather is from wales, his gran from Ireland, and the other grandfather from Wales and an English gran, with parents raised in England.
That way you get a man in a kilt who has emotions, knows the difference between humans and sheep, and can still have a stiff upper lip.

As a half English half Italian, I would have to say the Italian half benefits from the English stiff upper lip.

How can anyone answer this question, its impossible, however in my opinion I would say that the best lover that I had until my boyfriend now, who is a mixed race guy, was an Italian.
But I have heard that Chinese are also very good lovers?

in reality every single culture makes love the same way. with lots of love and desire to satisfy its sexuality. just as we would find the italian girls hot and sexy. the italian dudes would love to have sex with an american woman because they find it sexier. or for example if i were to have sex with a frech woman, her sweet french moaning and dirty talk would arouse me so much, that it would drive me crazy. so in fact we are all great lovers hehehe
