What are the names of the countries to be assisted? What are the activities put in place to assist these countries which you beleive can improve their creative idea?
Are you a Non Governmental Organisation or an individual if you are an NGO please give detail of you address.
If all these can be supplied, I will give a financial support to the best of my capacity.

You are kidding me. You said poor countries. There are many poor people around you, maybe you can start there, help them and encourage them to help others.
