I can tell you one thing i was born bread raised in west virginia, and no they don't have sex with their kin people, i think people should get facts correct before saying anything about any of these states, i have been to all with my boyfriend soon to be husband, get off our backs,,, and like i said get your facts correct before inserting foot in mouth........................
