Happiness is to know the Saviour,
Living a life within His favour,
Having a change in my behaviour,
Happiness is the Lord.
Happiness is a new creation,
Jesus and me in close relation,
Having a part in His salvation,
Happiness is the Lord.
Real joy is mine, no matter if teardrops start;
I've found the secret, it's Jesus in my heart!
Happiness is to be forgiven,
Living a life that's worth the living,
Taking a trip that leads to Heaven,
Happiness is the Lord,
Happiness is the Lord,
Happiness is the Lord!
Its a kids chorus. I only ever knew the first verse but I've stumbled across the rest!

Happiness is a state of being. Happiness is living your own life the way you want to live it. Happiness is being satisfied with who you are. Happiness is having fun. If you want to be happy all you have to do is live your life in your own way, a fun way.

happiness is: the touch of a babys face, the sight of new born lambs in a field, to see people in love, to see old people still holding hand after many years together. To feel the sun on your back with bees and butterflies flying around you, to see and smell flowers. To be in love and to be loved back. to know your family will always be there for you regardless of what you do or say. To know that life continues in the after life that you can still be in contact with loved ones and help them if needed. happiness is many things to many people. I hope you are happy with your life, if not just now , you will find happiness.

What is happiness? The answer to this question cannot be found once and for all. In a general sense, however, happiness is an illusion, and it stays an illusion until you endure certain amount of hardship and pain to make this most illusive of all illusions realised.
Then if I say happiness is in sense of loyalty, you might not understand that this to be some different way to look at things, but I assure you that it is. If, for example, I define happiness as a transitive state of mind experienced between moments of sadness, sorrow and dejection then the moments of sadness are the moments where you need to stay close to your self, stay hopeful and loyal to your inner happy self – waiting and wishing to be known, and given a chance. But quit often we despair; we fail in the moments of trial, our spirit perished in hours of tribulation. The moments to come, the moments when we were supposed to find happiness again do come but to find us drowned in the cold waters of indifference, and in the passing of the shadows of darkness. If then we stay loyal to ourselves throughout, through all moments of our being, just like a gardener who waits for his fruit to ripen through seasons of autumn and winter into the spring, then we can carry ourselves also into times of bliss all save and secure, into happy times that are bound to come. We give too much of our heart to the seasons of unhappiness that hardly anything is left to enjoy the warmth and brilliance of summer like seasons of happiness - happiness can is fleeting but good memories are not.

Happiness is a varying degree of bliss, very much the same as sadness only at opposite ends of the spectrum. In this context, bliss is defined as contentment, or desire’less’ness.

To know yourself ,and to have the confidence to never pretend you're something you're not,It's also loving someone and having that person love you back, with neither person wanting or trying to change the other...happiness is a soul-mate.
