because many white guys are pus.sies and it's their way of getting back at the woman.
a guy who gets laid a lot doesnt worry about the kids. he goes to see them on the weekend and brings his new girlfriend

Why wouldn't men want their children? Belive it or not a lot of men really love their children and are really great fathers. It does not mean that the mothers are bad though sometimes they are and so are the fathers sometimes, but saying why would they fight for their flesh and blood??? I don't get why they wouldn't.

No good Reason, they are just degradeing, selfish, controling,misrable,#^%$#% that have nothing better to do than make there childrens lives,and the mothers #ell.Just my opion,I'm dealing w/ a no good loser now.My children come first,and he can not see that,it's all about who can win this and that,and rip hearts out along the way.10yr.s of#ell .Well I'm the mom and I'm the one who works,cooks cleans & takes care of my three little angels.I will work three jobs to get them everthing they need,because they come first,I'm last. It can go ethier way,a woman or man could be a loser,just depends on what is going on in there personal lives.

I don't know about others but my parents died when I was 9 and I grew up in foster homes so when my wife and I divorced I wanted to be a part of my daughters life for the rest of her life and help raise her. I also would like to think I can be a good influence on my daughter if I can teach her to work hard in life and get an education.

This is not a unique situation for White Man. I know many of Black man who fight for their children and who have won custody of there children. Any man black, white or indian have the right to fight for custody fo their children.

Because fathers are very good parents too and deserve the same rights and responsibilities of raising the children as the mothers do.

duhh because they are not losers and they love their children. I'm sure that there are some responsible black & asian men that would fight to keep their kids if they had to. dumb question sorry!

I really don`t think it is just white men but men have the LOVE, COMPASSION AND ALL THE RIGHT TRAITS to raise a child as well as a mother.

maybe in white society raising children is seen as more of an equal partnership...in most other societies, raising children is seen as primarily a woman's job
