! It not plug into the mains
2 Printer broken.
3 printer not connect to Computer.
4 computer has not got the software for it
5 god i could go on for ever - more info needed.

A number of things need to be checked out. Your printer driver may be faulty - re-install it. Second - go to your Control Panel and click on Printers and stuff - Right click on properties and check your settings. Make sure that it is set as you DEFAULT PRINTER.

Other than the obvious, plug it in. Plug it in to the computer. Put paper in. Close the lid. I could go on. If you want specific answers, ask specific questions.
