Usually silicon is a good product for this kind of a repair. Just gob in on the inside and use enough so it comes out the hole. Let it dry for 24 hours and trim off the outside leave the glob on the inside . Good Luck

If it's just a hole, and not a big crack, I'd put a piece of tape -any kind of tape will do- loosely on the inner side. Then lay the vase on its side with the hole up, and put a gob of Epoxy cement into it. The cement will fill that loose tape, and kind of "mushroom" over the inside of the hole, ensuring a better grab. Use enough Epoxy so it forms a raised hump on the hole. If some does accidentally ooze out over the edges of the hole, all the better as long as it doesn't start running down the side of the vase. Once the Epoxy sets up, you can peel off the tape from the inside, and the hole's plugged and watertight.
Oh, and if you do this tape trick, for any kind of glue, make sure you run your fingernail or something along the tape edges so the glue doesn't find a little opening to ooze out inside before it sets!

This might sound strange but I've been using Gorilla Tape on my fish tank for months. It still works.
