You're joking, right? If you can't figure this out even without cracking a book there's nothing that I can post here that will likely help you. What were you doing during class??

Let's put it this way, we'd fly the Union Jack instead of Old Glory. We'd sing "God Save the Queen" at sporting events, not "The Star Spangled Banner". And we'd pay in pounds, not dollars. Though we'd probably have some pretty neat pubs all over the place.

What does your textbook say? What do your class notes say?

We won our independence. How did that benefit American colonists? (a) Tax burdens lessened because of the huge amount of excise taxes the British were levying, (b) ability to trade with other foreign governments, (c) ability to expand? (d) Ability of self-determination and relief from autocratic monarchy? (e) Ability to avoid (national) established religion?
There are five. How 'bout that?

humnnn lets see no tax on tea? oops no we still get taxed on that .
so um no longer taxed without representation ? no at least I know I don't feel represented.
