According to Slughorn, it's toxic in large quantities. Yet he himself had taken it twice, for probably 12 hours of luck each time.
Harry only took one third of 12 hours, that is, 4 hours.
He should be able to take other 20 hours of lucky potion without any risk. Wouldn't that be enough to get the missing horcruxes? Or at least some of them, easily?

I love the books, really.
Ok, there was a whole little cauldron of well-made Felix in Slughorn's possession. And even if the potion in itself may not be enough to defeat Voldemort, it'd cause Harry to make all the right decisions in the process of getting to the horcruxes, right?
