John Kerry is a Senator.

The piece of legislation was voted on in the House of Representatives, not the Senate.

Therefore, John Kerry did NOT vote for Min Wage because it is not up for vote in the Senate.

Senator Kerry has not voted for or against the minimum wage increase as the Senate has not considered that issue yet.

Since he is a senator and in the senate and the house voted, then the answer is he hasn't voted for or against the bill.

He is a Senator it hasn't been voted on in the Senate. It has only been voted on in the House of Reps..
