I don't know why, but when I'm at the locker room changing, some retard wants to look at my private parts. Is there a solution to this? I don't wear boxer shorts because I can't find any. Also, someone knows my hall locker combo for an unknown reason. What should I do here? There isn't any other place to change. He also keeps saying things like Yo Mama got a ******.

yes just show them and get it over with. they obviously see it swinging and are curious. try some jocks,boxers dont conceal it very well. change your lock.

If I were you I'd stop worrying about it. Take it as a compliment, which it is, whether he means it that way or not -- and move on with your life.
The only reason to care is if you are insecure, and I doubt you are, although the idea of wearing boxers to cover up what you got is kinda paranoid. I never would unless I preferred boxers. *shrug*

Next time the guy is looking at it, why not draw attention to the fact that he is looking at it and embarass him.
And you could probably add a lock to your locker to keep out the unwanted people.

Boxers can be bought at Target, Walmart or Kmart, not to mention a ton of other stores, online or in your neighborhood.
This problem will dissipate when you get out of high school.
