Is it legal for a policeman to kick you out of a park if you are doing nothing wrong,I was eating lunch by myself at a park and two policeman started harassing me and made me leave,Is that leagel for them to do that

Some police are just frustrated and don't like the idea of single men in parks alone. Is it fair, no, but life isn't, is it?

I suppose it depends on the laws of your town or city. I would check them out and if the harassment was unwarranted, then take the complaint higher up.

nope but,they have the badge so some (not all) do as they please
