Do something you have background knowledge of and something that interests you that you won't burn out of. Something that you won't get bored of, ever.
as for me I'm an entrepenuer as well, and I'm starting a skateboarding company. I'm going with extreme sports. An interest of mine. I've been into skateboarding for 11 years and I'm still going strong by making my own company called Rage Skateboard Projects.
So find something that deeply and truly interests you that you also have background knowledge of. Know the field you're working in, observe competitiors ads and improve them with your logo and your name. Learn from your own and others mistakes. That way you'll be successful. But seriously brainstorm your interests write them down and then individually write down next to each idea every single way you could improve upon the design of product, or make your own product, cost to manufacture product and anything else needed.
I hope your business works out great!
