Espon Stylus Color 777? Help please!?

I tried to use just black ink with this printer but when i try to do it, the light blinks saying to insert the color one. If i ignore it, and dont put the color ink in, will it still print?

no unfortunately the 777 needs all the ink pots it to work properly, clever Epsom.

It know you have not got a color cartage in the color holder thats is why it's telling you to put in color ink, not having one in won't stop it from printing

No, this is how Epson have been catching people out.
Get a Canon or HP... avoid those hassles.
