Is smart burn, or does the NV work? Or slimquick? My girl is about 5'4 and 173. She use to weigh about 135, but she lost her job and other tramatic things happened and she wound up gaining weight. She WAS thinking about using those diet pills, or stuff. So, how about the Smartburn, NV or Slimquick??? (used with exercising) but how well do they work?!?

She doesnt eat alot though. It's weird> I guess it was from sitting at home all the time instead of getting up and going to work. I mean she eats the same way she ate before, but all of the sudden she's been trying to lose this weight for months now! I mean she says she cant afford to go to the gym, Maybe running? but we work different schedules during the week and I reall dont have the time to go running with her, and I dont want her ot go herself?

none of them really work. The only way she can do is to change her eating habits and exercise more. She can swim or workout at the gym, as well as do 30 minute cardio per day is good.

I used diet pills 4 about 12 months and I did lose weight but the down side is the side effects. They make u feel like u r on speed! Have trouble sleeping and eventually start 2 turn u nutty! My advice is go 4 walks during the day and some floor exercises at home. U don't need money 2 exercise.
Good luck 2 yr gf.

I am not a doctor however I do comprehend there is no safe rapid repair for a predicament that developed over time. Sure you could take food plan pills to curb your appetite, however no longer consuming is just as harmful as over consuming if now not more so. Something that claims to be a miracle remedy is nothing extra the a state-of-the-art day variant of what was once known as snake oil which was once offered out of the back of a protected wagon to unsuspecting saps again in the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to just right to be true then it often is."

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

In my experiences with diet pills I liked hydroxycut the most and it
seemed to have more of an energy increaser in it. Also she could try using exercise videos and if money is an issue she
could go to her local library and check them out for free. this
way she can get different kinds and not chance getting bored with
the same old routine. I also loved walking in the spring and summer. This always gave me plenty of time to think and just be
all alone. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

I don't think it's smart to depend on a pill. She needs to change her eating habits and get out there and move her butt. She was doing very well before she lost her job she should return to those eating habits and have a daily exercise routine that is lifelong. A diet pill is a 50/50 chance and it may turn out to be a waste of money. It's not worth the gamble.

No these are very dangerous over the counter pills. If
your girlfriend wants to lose weight take her to her doctor.
Her doctor will give her a safe diet pill and give her a diet to follow. It is the safest and correct way to lose weight
